World Bank
Interior Partitions & Wall Cladding Project (2024)
This project features a complete interior partitioning system designed for the World Bank office, combining modern transparency with warm, streamlined finishes. The design integrates full-height glass partitions, mono-block wooden modules, and decorative MDF cladding with integrated lighting to create a unified, elegant, and functional workspace.
The partition system is fully flush-finished, ensuring seamless alignment between glass and wood for a clean contemporary look. Glass panels are installed using 10 mm clear tempered glass, while wooden components are fabricated from engineered mono-block panels for consistent thickness, stability, and a perfectly flush appearance on both sides.
The wall cladding is constructed from 14 mm MDF, enhanced with raised decorative strips formed by laminating 20 mm + 6 mm MDF layers. Integrated linear LED profiles add depth and highlight the texture of the panels, enhancing the overall visual rhythm of the space.
My scope included:
– Partition design development
– Material selection and detailing
– Technical drawings and specifications
– Coordination of lighting integration within cladding
– Ensuring visual continuity and flush alignment across all systems
