Armour Yards’ flagship property is this 57,000 SF warehouse adaptation. Raising the bar for alternative office and multi-use spaces, the design capitalizes on the character of an existing 1960s bow-truss warehouse. The facade has been wholly reinvented, adding 2 interior levels and incorporating abundant natural light and visual connection to the outdoors.
