Miramar Sandringham is a boutique bayside development that creates 24 luxury two- and three-bedroom apartments. Each residence embraces an understated elegance while showcasing sophisticated finishes including natural stone benchtops, oak joinery and timber flooring, complemented by expansive glazing, generous balconies and private courtyards.

Inspired by Sandringham’s distinctive bayside character, the design combines contemporary lines with a warm, natural palette inspired by coastal hues - sand, sea foam and driftwood. A light-filled lobby adorned with textured travertine tiles draws on Sandringham’s rich heritage, while landscaping by Eckersley Garden Architecture provides a leafy, tranquil retreat.

The development prioritizes sustainability and comfort, targeting a 7.5-star energy rating. Located in close proximity to Sandringham beach and yacht club, cafés, shops, and public transport, the development prioritises amenity and community.
