One of the main aspects is to form a high-quality community so that neighbors are interested in spending time together.

Interesting architecture, and thoughtful plans allowed to quickly sell almost all apartments.

Urban

The city is clean, flat, lots of greenery, but without architectural symbols or interesting places. We wanted something unusual to appear in this city, to make it clear to local residents that they can also be creative personalities, and be proud of their city.
