Villa Gele Lis 05 has a façade with a strong lines. The wooden cladding accentuates the lines and the plaster adds a fresh contrast. A dubble-high glass façade with a void open up the view to the high trees of the Delftse Hout park.

Because our clients met in an early stage they were able to join forces. The advantage of the joining forces was that they had a better position for negotiating with us and with the contractor so they could benefit from each other’s knowledge and skills.
