This project is planned with sparse landscape texture, as well as the architecture with light beige stone and red tiles to create a distinctive Tuscan style, attracting the sunlight that penetrates one's heart. The whole landscaping space is divided into three parts: the High-rise Area with lake view, Area I with a green stream, and Area II with a garden.

The lake view at the Mansion entrance gracefully expresses the enthusiasm and affinity of this residential community, integrating with Spanish architectural language and unfolding landscape form to present the residents' exquisite and elegant life. Stream waterscape is designed to embrace the whole community, reflecting residents' tranquil and natural lifestyle and catering to their mental needs of pursuing peace. The stream waterscape opens up a leisure place in the hustle and bustle. Residents could touch, feel and enjoy the calm here.
