The ancient history of the place and the bewitching landscape were the strongest sources of inspiration for our team. The site is located on pronounced terrain and borders on the edge of the canyon. The architectural volume of the mountain boutique is formed around a patio, a space of silence and tranquility, which overlooks the mountain landscape. The boutique hotel includes a hotel, a restaurant, a spa, related technical rooms and a park. A raised outdoor terrace allows you to expand the space of the restaurant, and a high fence with a clearly defined railing contour will allow you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the canyon.

The spirit of the place consists of mesmerizing views and a special set of textures. The three key materials and three textures that define the visual image of the settlement are palace stone, which is reminiscent of hard limestone in composition, Dagestan limestone (which was brought historically later) and mud hut, a mixture of manure and straw used to insulate residential buildings.
