These luxurious, spacious homes will offer uninterrupted views of the Yarra River, the city, and Port Phillip Bay, epitomising the ultimate city apartment living lifestyle.

Located on Level 18, the East and West penthouses each offer four bedrooms with ensuites, winter gardens, wine cellars, and private lift lobbies for a personal arrival experience. Inspired by the ethos of 1Hotel, the hotel operating in Seafarers, each penthouse embodies a biophilic design philosophy that connects residents to nature and the outdoors.

Landscaped garden terraces and light wells throughout the penthouses will filter natural light into the interiors, and rooms are arranged to maximise the panoramic vistas. The careful selection of tactile materials, such as natural stones, timbers, and rendered concrete will create a rich, layered, and textural quality.

The East penthouse will feature as an expansive gallery space with an open-plan layout, while the West penthouse will offer a traditional floorplate with living and dining spaces defining the formal and informal rooms of the home.
