This property was designed as a family retreat within an agricultural context. Through the use of natural stone and wood materials, a comfortable, rustic setting is created for outdoor enjoyment: lap pool, spa, cooking, dining, fire pit, and bocce ball are all outdoor activities and elements within the garden. A custom-designed chicken coop and enclosure allows chickens to be raised on-site. A custom-designed goat house and run allow the use of a goat herd on-site to manage hillside vegetation on the property.
