Habitat Stage 02 consists of 14 beach homes and 14 beach terraces, located adjacent to Novatel Sunshine Coast Resort & nearby Mudjimba Beach in Twin Waters, Queensland. These properties are separated from the pristine coastline only by North Shore Road.

The design of these homes and terraces features geometric forms and vertical accents, offering a sleek contrast and urban sophistication to the surrounding sub-tropical landscape. A palette of soft neutrals and timber accents provides purchasers with a choice between two interior colour schemes.

Each design offers multiple upper floor configurations, including a four-bedroom layout or the option to exchange one bedroom for a study area.
