BAWC is Australia’s first 6 Star Green Star, 100% renewable energy powered, zero greenhouse gas emissions aquatic centre. The facility offers aquatic, waterplay, community meeting rooms, health and wellbeing services. An entry forecourt carefully composed around existing trees provides a welcoming experience for visitors, with bespoke seating and fencing elements repeating architectural façade treatments designed by Williams Ross Architects.

Awarded the 2023 Parks and Leisure Australia Community Facility of the Year and the 2023 PLA Environmental Stewardship Award of Excellence.
