Al Sultan Villa

Located in Riyadh, Al Sultan Villa is designed as a modern, luxury villa with subtle traditional touches. Quark’s concept for the villa is to create traditional Arabic spaces with a modern design. The interior design of the villa prioritizes privacy and functionality. The villa has an area of 750 sqm and consists of a living room with a dining area, a bar, a traditional Majlis room for men, an exclusive master bedroom, three bedrooms, a family room and a gym.

A luminous entrance accentuated by the striking balance of black and white, and a hall with minimalist ornaments lead the way to the stairs and the large living room on the ground floor. The living room features a seating group with light colours and a white marble coffee table. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flow into the interiors. The dining area dominated by neutral shades features a dark glass dining table and seating with light colours, which constitute a perfect example for the combination of elegance and minimalist design.

The master bedroom is designed to offer different areas in one place and consists of a sleeping area, a seating area with a TV, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. Bathrooms in the villa feature a combination of wood panels and black marble which brings a modern look. Men’s Majlis room on the first floor features a comfortable, soft seating group and provides an intimate setting for meetings. The villa also has a small and cosy family room on the roof.

The villa features stylish elements such as Armany Ivory ceramics, and Minotti and Poliform furniture, which bring an upscale look to the interiors. The use of light and dark natural wood panels and decorative light ceilings in combination with soft textures and an earthy colour palette create a warm atmosphere.
