Affordable Housing in Hunters View

In collaboration with David Baker Architects, Fletcher Studio designed two courtyard spaces and streetscaping for a 118 unit, 100% affordable housing project in San Francisco’s Hunters View neighborhood. Designed with extensive community input, these spaces provide amenities for residents of all ages, including play structures, barbeques, community tables, shaded seating, and cozy lighting for evening gatherings.
