Breckenridge Wellness Village

A vision decades in the making, this project includes the redevelopment of several key parcels in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. This project not only preserves key natural features elements such as wetlands and river access corridors, but also provides new heart rooted in urban connections and outdoor spaces. New community assets include a riverside après ski restaurant, enhanced pedestrian and vehicular connections, and new gondola connecting skier parking to the primary core.

Consisting of a total of 11 buildings and structured parking, the project sought to create an aesthetic that blends the existing character of the Town with one that is both recognizable and enriches the surrounding context. The result is a rich blend of old and new, enhancing the reputation of Breckenridge as an authentic historic town and modern resort destination.
