2009

This former shipyard has been reassigned to four appartments and a workspace. Although most of its original function is lost, some parts were saved. There still is a small harbor and a place to work on yachts.

One neighbor joined during the process. This resulted in a third building, the office and a house for a ship designer. For the architecture we refered to the typology of old wooden shipyards and used materials with a maritime look without trying to be historical.
