A large housing project in the suburbs of Haarlem. The theme was her to create an attractive residential area in the midst of large scale infrastructure and buildings. The high rise apartments are aimed towards the view and the openness, a typical suburban quality. While at the same time they shield the low rise from the busy road.

Like in all HOYT’s plan the individual choices for the buyer of the house are a crucial theme. We developed a system that provides possible buyers with maximum freedom in assembling their ideal house yet maintaining a harmonious and balanced picture.
