Renovation of 5 Bedroom listed Georgian townhouse

The clients engaged us to renovate their beautiful five storey listed Georgian townhouse on a garden square in Clerkenwell. We were engaged to design and manage a full overhaul of the kitchen and main bathroom. This included revision of layouts and high level decoration throughout, with new electrical fittings and feature lighting.

Other works throughout the home included damp-proofing on the lower ground floor, new radiators and underfloor heating in some spaces. As part of this, we saw an opportunity to relocate the boiler and plumbing system, moving it out of the main living spaces and freeing up space in those valuable areas.
