Urban Oasis

Creating green gardens and homes that stand out amid the bustle of a developing city. We aimed to fuse Japanese and Indonesian styles. The two high-rise tower condominium buildings are part of Tokyu Land Corporation's “BRANZ” brand. The service apartment building, “Swissôtel Living,” is operated by the French Accor Group, which owns hotel brands such as ‘Pullman’ and “Sofitel.” To create a sense of surprise, comfort, and tranquility, we prioritized “transitional spaces” that encourage anticipation and a shift in mood, akin to a veranda. While the architecture features horizontal and vertical lines and grid patterns, the landscape design employs curves to create seamless pathways where earth, water, and greenery blend seamlessly, enhancing the experience of exploration.

Urban Oasis

発展する都市の賑わいの中に浮かぶ緑の庭と住まい創り。日本とインドネシアの融合を目指しました。高層タワー２棟の分譲マンション棟は東急不動産の「BRANZ」ブランド。サービスアパートメント棟の「Swissôtel Living」は「プルマン」「ソフィテル」等のホテルブランドを持つフランスのアコー（Accor）グループによって運営さています。「驚きのある心地よさや落ち着き」を生み出す為、期待感や気持ちの切り替えを促す縁側のような「つなぎの空間・中間領域」を大切にしました。また建築の水平垂直の直線・格子のデザインに対して、ランドスケープは曲線により、土と水と緑が一体となったシームレスな動線を生み出し、回遊体験を高めます。
