Woon op Maat

An apartment building with 41 apartments and an underground parking garage in Heemskerk. The building consists of several types of apartments like duplexes and flats. The theme of the building is 'ruwe bolster, blanke pit' which means rough on the outside but warm on the inside. This is visible in the materialisation of the building. We use fortress-like stone on the outside and tactile wood in the inside of the enclosed courtyard. The apartments are designed in such a way that each of them benefits as much as possible from the view and the sun.
