New Construction

Scope: Branding, Space Planning, material selection and specification, preparation of construction drawings, FF&E selection, specification procurement, and installation.

Slate Apartments aimed to redefine urban living in Salt Lake City’s Central Ninth neighborhood with an attainable, wellness-focused approach. Integrating wellness and community engagement, the project honored the area’s heritage while promoting physical and mental health. Key objectives included providing amenities such as spas and fitness centers and blending vintage industrial elements with modern design aesthetics. Community interaction was prioritized through shared spaces, fostering a vibrant social atmosphere. Slate Apartments sought to make wellness living accessible and inclusive, setting new standards for urban housing in Salt Lake City.
