This transformational renovation created an entirely new range of experiences celebrating the brand of the Cavaliers and the culture of Cleveland. ROSSETTI’s forward-thinking innovation and Return on Design

strategies rocketed the team’s business objectives to new heights. Expanding the building’s footprint and enhancing every amenity within the venue transformed the arena into a complete entertainment district of its own.

From a new grand exterior to a surprising array of improved fan conveniences, every detail was thoughtfully considered and tactfully designed. The plan addressed shifting demand for new experiences at appropriately segmented spectator price points. One of many examples include a complete redesign and rebranding of the upper bowl north end into the Budweiser Loudville neighborhood for general admission ticketholders. Additionally, each hospitality area was choreographed with design distinctions to match specific fan and corporate interests. The arena sparkles like new for a fraction of the cost of a new build.
