Architecture with respect

Dendy St Residences reimagines Brighton’s living opportunities by offering four, spacious, luxury apartments in an area of Melbourne’s south east that is largely occupied by single dwellings.

Each residence was designed to feel as spacious and comfortable as a house. This was achieved by incorporating generously sized features, such as large v-grooved entrance doors, three-metre high ceilings throughout the bedroom and living spaces, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The quantity of the rooms echoes this approach, with each residence offering three sizeable bedrooms, two with en-suites, plus an additional bathroom and powder room.

Extensive use of textural finishes including natural stone, exposed brick and timber veneer add a rich depth to the surfaces. The curved, organic-shaped stone island bench is custom-made, and references the coastal language applied through the entire residence.
