Nestled between Place Vendôme and the Palais Royal is a modest building in a style typical of the early 19th century; The Studio delivers a rehabilitation at the crossroads between sophistication and brutalism. The historic envelope is restored and enhanced by the creation of a glass roof that illuminates the heart of the block but also by the creation of a terrace, a true haven of peace. on the rooftops of Paris.

The singularity of the program offers generous and varied spaces with domestic qualities. The adjoining walls, stripped bare during the works, retain the traces of successive historical layers. They contrast with the precision of the finishes and the richness of the materials used on the new parts. This set of materials gives each room a strong and unique identity.

The furniture is designed in continuity with the architectural project and optimizes technicality for the visual comfort of the occupants.
