It is on the heights of Megève, on a 2200 m² plot with an abandoned chalet that the intervention takes place. The client’s wish is to build two chalets as vacation homes for him and his guests.

Operating independently, and in different proportions, each chalet was nevertheless designed according to the same interior and exterior principles.

Both have a private garage on the ground floor, and high-end common services such as a swimming pool, a sauna and a gym in the basement. The spaces are generous and qualitative, like the rooms which have their private bathroom.

The living rooms have been fitted out on the top floor of the chalets, offering an exceptional view of the landscape.
