Villa Rose

Bodrum, TR

Quark was hired for the design of an exclusive villa in Bodrum, Turkey. Situated in Skygarden Villas, Villa Rose stands at the crossroads of sunshine and the endless blue of the Aegean. The villa has been designed to offer a luxurious and homely environment exclusively for large families. To this end, Quark’s design concept for this villa is based on the integration of minimalist aesthetics and functionality.

The villa has an open plan, which amplifies the spaciousness and provides ease of movement between different parts of the house. The open space consists of an elegant dining area near the entrance hallway which is connected to two living areas with enchanting front and rear views showcased by floor-to-ceiling windows. The living areas are furnished with comfortable seating with light colours which constitute a striking balance with black floors made of Level Stone. The dining area features a chic, glass table and a glass chandelier stretching over the table adds sophistication to the ambiance. Furnished with light colour scheme, the contemporary-style kitchen includes built-in appliances and a large kitchen island providing ample counter space to increase the functionality of the area. The green lawn garden surrounding the villa and the swimming pool bring nature closer to the residents.

The master bedroom and the guest bedroom are handsomely decorated with custom furniture and the predominant use of cream to taupe colour palette offers a soothing environment. Master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and the guest bedroom a WC. The bathroom and the WC feature predominantly black floors and wall tiling made of Level Stone, which generates a seamless flow. The master bathroom features a double sink vanity and a shower area. There are three kids’ rooms with a bathroom designed to meet the needs of the kids and to create a cosy and inspiring space for them.

The combination of hidden and recessed lighting throughout the villa serves to achieve a comfortable atmosphere. Quark’s mastery in the use of complementing colours and materials achieves to produce a harmonious living space. With the use quality materials, elegant interior design and functional use of space, Villa Rose is a well-appointed house, ideal for accommodating large families.
