The property developers of this estate commissioned the design and execution of 14 semi-detached houses. We studied methods to maximize space, while maintaining an architectural design that is attractive and current. The project consisted of a group of houses that are coupled in pairs and leave spaces around them. The implantation of semicircular and ascending stepped form, creates a set of volumes and free spaces that frees us from the concept of “semi-detached housing” to obtain a more innovative result.
