This renovation project was carried out following a complete Deco Exclusive plan. The inspiration behind the design was the “loft in London” aesthetic, evident in the plaster decorative frames on the walls, the imposing baseboards and the unique "mix & match" motifs on the tiles. The owner’s wish was to keep the furniture; therefore another goal was to integrate it with the new elements. The colors used were mainly black and white, with small touches of bright blue for the ground floor and yellow for the first floor of the residence. In the attic, the design kept to the steep slopes of the roof, allowing the latter to become an integral element of the space.
