The design for the new branch CheBanca! of Verona, located in the central Corso di Porta Nuova, aim to reorganize and optimize the existing identity of the banking group by implementing the functional concept and the internal layout of work spaces.
Main access to the branch is directly from the street level through the imposing entrance tunnel; it contains self area consists of two Atm machine always available by users during the entire day; the display window is the interface towards the city, logos and promo convey the image of the bank outwards while at the same time the landscape of the city becomes the main background of the banking operations.
The rooms are spread over three different levels of privacy; the first is represented by Cash desks ergonomically designed to accommodate operators and customers according to the philosophy of the concept “side by side”, both parties are arranged on the same side of the table to encourage openness and sharing.
The branch develops its spaces in depth, articulating the thematic areas along open space: waiting area, children’s play area, cafe corner, newsstand financial, etc. .. The luminous grooves, characterized by Led positioned in the false ceiling, accompany the visitor in space exploration.
Here also located the elements representing the second level of privacy; closed Consulting Cubicles allow you to get the proper insulation for the consulting business, the sale of financial products, etc. The modules, as well as cash desks, are stand-alone elements, technologically updated if there are any changes in the services provided.
The internal path ends to back office spaces; in this area of the so-called third level are located individual offices (directors, consulting, telemarketing, etc..) in addition to meeting area and video conference. In these spaces the guaranteed isolation allows the carrying out of private activities. On the bottom area the technical spaces such as bathrooms, locker rooms and pantry area, functions reserved to the operators of the branch.
