It is always nice to do a project for a new client, and it is even better when they love it as much as Crest Regeneration loved our new show apartment for them at their Bath Riverside development, in, you guessed it, Bath.

Whilst most of our work is in London and the Home Counties it is always nice to work on a project outside the south east, and Bath is, of course, a beautiful place to be! This show apartment was designed to appeal to a wide cross section of purchasers, from young professionals to downsizers, so we opted for a classic contemporary feel with the design. Iconic furniture pieces such as the Saarinen tulip table, in rich luxurious marble, with coordinating chairs, bring a modern touch alongside more classic details, like the buttoned feature chair.

A beautiful accent colour of coral, against a backdrop of monochrome black and white adds an unusual tone that has had really positive feedback. To present a colour scheme showing a tiny patch of a paint colour on a scheme board, and telling a client that it will be on a whole wall often means a mini leap of faith for a client, especially someone who hasn’t worked with us before, but Crest Regeneration embraced the idea, agreed the colour palette and loved the results.
