間人温泉 炭平旅館　離れ「季音庵」

SUMIHEI KINEAN

創業から140年続く、知る人ぞ知る名旅館 炭平の離れ「季音庵」のデザインです。季音庵は「風乃音」と「波乃音」の2つの離れから成り、いずれも環境コンセプトを「あはれ」と「あっぱれ」の共生する空間を目指し、ここを訪れたお客様に上質で密度の濃い非日常をご提供できればという思いでデザインさせていただきました。

With its 140 years history, “SUMIHEI” is famous among those who really know and appreciate ryokan (a Japanese-style hotel.) “KINEAN” is hanare (separated cottages) of “SUMIHEI” composed of 2 cottages “Kazenone” (sound of winds) and “Naminone” (sound of waves.)

The hanare were designed under a concept of harmony of ahare (an expression of commendation and sorrow) and appare (an expression of commendation and approval) to provide a fine quality of relaxation apart from an ordinary life to the customers who stay here.
