amazing architecture is made by light

I tried to explore how to include this aspect into the living space in the best way. Light, its intensity and colour is changing constantly during the day. The task is how to "catch the light."

For the first parameter I decided to make house for two generation - family and grandparents.

Second parameter was two functions: living and home office.

Third is to use intelligent materials and new technology.

Research of deconstructivist architects and artists such as Anton Garcia (the Hemoscopium House), Zaha Hadid (Beyond Boundaries), Joost Baljeu (Geometric construction W8) inspired me to use panels like a form of interpretation. Panels are supposed to be in equilibrated position according to statics. Smart composition allows to make art composition, which can make free spaces in the house disposition and maximize view possibility. Using new technologies in glass industry, such as integrated fotovoltaics in glass makes this house energy safe.

Catch the light house is interpretation of modern living, where the habitants can enjoy light, see the game of light and shadow, live in the giant watch or calendary and breath in great living space with extraordinary wide view.
