Rethinking retail – the former “Kalle Neukölln” department store is coming back to life.

, a new vision is taking shape – one that values transformation over demolition. Contemporary office options, a vibrant food market, green gardens and modern retail spaces come together under – and even on top of – the roof of this landmark in the heart of Neukölln.
