This renovation project in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, transformed an existing building of nine levels and seven floors into three apartments and thirty equipped studios. Each one was designed to optimise space and offer the largest possible volumes of living space in the defined area. The furniture is integrated and custom-made.

The studios facing the street extend outwards with the addition of a glazed bow window offering inside seating space. The different depths of these boxes give a vibrating rhythm to the façade.

A new grate was designed to protect the ground floor apartments from the street. Made of perforated metal, it provides privacy while maintaining the transparency necessary to provide natural light
