CBT, in collaboration with EHAF, designed the mixed-use residential waterfront complex in Abu Dhabi.

The unique development consists of residential units within eight buildings and provides a strong retail presence at the street level. Marasy reflects its coastal environment through its siting and building configuration and through nautically-inspired design elements. The structures’ sloping, metallic roof planes and the building façades intricate composition of light-colored wall planes, glass bays, and cantilevered terraces evoke a crisp, tropical, seaside environment.

Individual residences are designed to capture extraordinary waterfront views while maximizing privacy. The complex features soaring glass atriums and natural lightfilled hallways that enable users to travel directly from theirs cars to their homes without having to go out in the hot desert climate.
