Joel was with me every step of the way and oversaw every detail while the project was in the construction phase. Joel began with his original design plans for the renovation, but we ended up having to demolish the old house. He then added to his renovation design plan and we had the size house that we needed to accommodate the entire family. Joel handled everything and guided us in making all of the finishing choices.
