Atlantic Plumbing 2112 is an 310-unit apartment building featuring salvaged material, including original signage, bricks, and steel from the derelict building that once occupied the site. To augment the project’s identity, a hand-painted sign on the derelict building was carefully dismantled and reassembled as an artistic feature within the new building’s lobby. Masons worked carefully to dismantle and reassemble the original painted brick sign.
