The 16 private dwellings in Breda are built according to the split level principle. This means that the living room is 3,8 m high. This high room has a wooden curtain facade towards the garden.

The client gave all the individual buyers the freedom to alter the design according to their own needs. This resulted in 16 completely different houses.
