Converting an empty site, the development is in keeping with the high architectural aspirations of Eastland. The design contains 5 levels of office space delivering a GFA of over 20,000sqm, as well as an NLA of 12,000sqm including multiple ground floor tenancies.
The boutique building’s facade features a warm, tactile brick palette, in contrast to the glassy office tower typology that is typical of suburban office blocks. The brick pattern gives a subtle reference to the previous buildings occupying the site.
