Private Enclave in Palm Beach

These long time clients acquired two adjoining lots on Lake Worth and requested a primarily single-level main house which would maximize the water views and embrace indoor/outdoor living, as well as a pool house with guest suites on the adjoining lot. The small parcels were combined to create a private enclave hidden behind a layered hedge and connected by exterior pathways.

Disappearing doors in large arched openings have the capacity to transform the dining room into an open-air loggia further embracing the outdoors.
