The Florian's design is a bold and exuberant expression that provides calm, inviting, and airy spaces within. The new building’s façades utilize historic and modern urban contexts across the world to provide a strong statement that is both familiar and exciting at the same moment. The textured geometric pattern of the precast panel façade is inspired by the Palazzo dei Diamanti in Ferrara, Italy. The pattern playfully catches light and shadows in different ways as you walk through the project. The interiors feature elegant and colorful materials, furniture, and art that are grounded in the la Dolce Vita spirit of Mid-Century Italian design.
