The Riviera is a new luxury residential 29-storey building located in Shau Kei Wan, a historical fishing district near the Victoria Harbor Bay in Hong Kong.

The design proposal influences in the same time the creation of a new identity for this reference site located in a neighborhood of continuous change. The façade combines color, light and vitality matching the cheerfulness of the interior design with the iconic suspended sculptures of aquatic animals. All the 96 apartments have exclusive design and the top floor duplex apartments include breathtaking views over the bay. The entire project is thought as a solution that satisfies the needs of the young public with higher income.
