A thoughtful residential tower enhancing Belltown's character and community

Located in the heart of Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, The Kaye is designed to feel like home while seamlessly integrating into its vibrant surroundings. The project respects the character and scale of the existing neighborhood, enhances pedestrian life, and contributes to the area’s dynamic community fabric. Extensive community engagement helped shape the design, ensuring that The Kaye aligns with local priorities and needs.

The development features a 31-story residential tower with ground-floor retail and below-grade parking. A generous, double-height retail space activates the street, while alley connections enhance pedestrian flow. A lower-scale podium, designed to match the surrounding neighborhood context, houses 10 three-bedroom family units and a flexible outdoor space, allowing families to grow and thrive without leaving the city they love.
