Scope: Space Planning, material selection and specification, preparation of construction drawings, FF&E selection, specification procurement and installation.

Margo was one amongst four parcels in the Society Development; we had to differentiate it from the others. The design needed to be unique yet cohesive, that was the challenge.

The revitalization of the historic resort community has given rise to several well executed projects, all alluding to a central theme of Mid-Century Resort Life. With the historic Town and Country Hotel as the anchor, it was vital to carry the hospitality feel through this multi-family space, and keep it exceptional.

The primary design concept implemented was Palm Springs Resort Life; think mixed stone, breezeblock, and of course palms. By focusing on a more soft and subtle palette, with well conceptualized pops, the feel is sunny, fun, and fresh.
