Designed as a place to relax and enjoy the silence,the sound of the waves,the sea breeze,this place works as a set of six duplex apartments-each with a compact three bedroom apartment in one floor and a large lounge,verandah like space in the other.

In the ground floor,is the verandah-like space fronted by a tropical garden with a water pond for cooling effect.

The verandah floor opens towards the east and receives the morning sun and breeze.In the warm afternoons and evenings,it is shaded by the building.

In the second floor,is almost a complete three bedroom apartment.It is linked to the lower level by a double height and spiral staircase.

The apartments have ample light and ventilation.The two corner apartments have light in almost all three sides.In the third floor,is also almost a complete 3 bedroom apartment.It is linked to the upper level by a double height and spiral staircase.
