Vilablanch has carried out an interior design consultancy service for the commercialization of a residential development in Culmia, designed as a rental coliving in the Poblenou neighborhood of Barcelona.

The project was embodied in a pilot apartment and in the development of the building's common areas, including a patio with playing areas, a rooftop terrace, the hall and a yoga room. Spaces highly valued today, which offer tenants leisure spots to interact with the rest of the owners, sunbathe, practice sports or merely enjoy the outdoors. Promoter: Culmia.
