Set within 2.5 hectares of parkland, Mirvac’s infill residential project in Ascot Vale includes over 220 homes. The parklands comprise natural, meandering forms creating a green focus for the development, supporting extensive wetlands, nature-based playgrounds, viewing platforms, boardwalks, picnic areas and over 1km of walking trails. The parklands includes extensive new planting specially selected to cope with the saline soils present on the site.
