プラウドタワー武蔵小金井クロス

Ecotone -Water Neighborhood-

This is a redevelopment project for a residential complex consisting of twin residential towers and low-rise commercial facilities located at the south exit of Musashi-Koganei Station .

The name “Koganei” originates from the water that gushes out from the river terrace called “hake.” The topography of Koganei eroded by the flow of water, was adopted into the entrance hall, creating a visual continuity between inside and outside. From the lounges and guest rooms on the upper floors, it is possible to enjoy the rich views full of water and greenery, and by riding a bicycle around the city, you would experience the charm and vitality of the surrounding area.

エコトーン -Water Neighborhood-

武蔵小金井駅南口に位置する、ツインタワーで構成される集合住宅と低層商業施設の再開発。

小金井の地名は「ハケ」と呼ばれる河岸段丘から湧き出る水を由来としている。水の流れによって作られた小金井の地形を、エントランスホールに取り込み、内外のつながりをつくり出すことを意図した。高層階のラウンジやゲストルームからは、水とみどりであふれる豊かな眺望を楽しみ、自転車で軽快に街に繰り出せば、地域の魅力や、活力に触れるきっかけとなる。
