Situated in a former rail yard, three adjoined buildings form a multi-family housing development inspired by the industrial heritage and warehouse architecture of the Rhine harbor city. The richness of the central façade in contrast to the straightforward stucco on either side evokes the architecture of Austrian modernist Adolf Loos.
