Wildflower House

This amenity, coined the Wildflower House, will serve more than 1000 single family homes in the Nolina Neighborhood in Georgetown, Texas. DTJ provided architectural design for the community amenity space that includes a pool and splashpad, fitness center, yoga lawn, and playground that encourages outdoor and social activities. The large windows combined with glass-paned entryway further provides connectivity between the exterior and interiors of the spaces. Future plans to address the hardscape with an activated courtyard will include welcoming lighting and an open gathering space.
