“猛咖”咖啡馆（大庆实验中学店）丨中国大庆丨慢珊瑚设计

当滨州湖的工业记忆被唤醒、兰德湖的艺术场景成为日常，以“猛咖”为触点的“城市针灸”，已在湖岸线验证了其重塑区域活力的成功路径。这股被点燃的更新脉络，正自然延伸至另一处同样需要温度与连结的城市活力源头——校园。时值大庆实验中学建校四十周年，这所黑龙江省具有代表性的优秀中学秉持“以大庆精神办学，以铁人精神育人”理念的学府，其追求“研究型、开放式”的办学目标，与“猛咖”品牌所承载的开拓、创新城市精神高度同频。

When the industrial memory of Binzhou Lake is awakened and the artistic scenes of Lande Lake become part of daily life, the “urban acupuncture” initiated by MENGKA along the shoreline has already proven its capacity to rejuvenate the district. This revitalized pulse of renewal is now naturally extending toward another urban source in need of warmth and connection — the campus. As Daqing Experimental Middle School celebrates its 40th anniversary, the institution — one of Heilongjiang’s most distinguished secondary schools, guided by the ethos of “running the school with the Daqing Spirit and cultivating students with the Ironman Spirit” — finds strong resonance with MENGKA’s exploratory and innovative urban character, as its pursuit of a “research-driven and open” educational model aligns seamlessly with the pioneering spirit the brand embodies.

改造场地位于校园生活区核心，原为连接食堂与运动场的闲置空间。其独特的半圆形平面拥有180度的环绕视野，具备成为链接餐饮、运动、教学等多重动线的枢纽潜力，为打造多功能“校园客厅”提供了理想基底。设计采用“轻介入、重激活”的策略：尊重既有建筑结构，通过新旧材料的对话，在保留场所记忆的同时注入现代活力。设计重点拓展了半开放回廊与主入口的通透性，以大面玻璃界面打破内外隔阂，使空间由内而外自然延伸至运动场，形成开放、友好、富有吸引力的校园公共界面。

The transformation site sits at the heart of the campus living area, originally an underused space connecting the cafeteria and the sports field. Its distinctive semi-circular layout offers a 180-degree panoramic view and holds the potential to become a circulation hub linking dining, sports, and teaching, providing an ideal foundation for creating a multifunctional “campus living room.” The design adopts a strategy of “light intervention, strong activation”: respecting the existing architectural structure and introducing modern vitality through a dialogue between old and new materials, preserving the memory of the place while refreshing its atmosphere. The design focuses on enhancing the openness of the semi-open corridor and the main entrance; large glass interfaces break down the barrier between interior and exterior, allowing the space to naturally extend toward the sports field and forming an open, welcoming, and engaging public interface for the campus.

这里不仅是味蕾的加油站，更是灵感碰撞的孵化地、疲惫身心的休憩所和连接同好的社交圈。我们深刻理解学生群体对高效学习、轻松社交与片刻宁静的多重需求，期望将校园这处闲置空间，转化为服务师生、连接家长的“校园客厅”。

Here, it is not only a refueling station for the taste buds, but also a cradle for inspiration, a place to rest a tired mind and body, and a social hub that brings like-minded people together. With a keen understanding of students’ diverse needs—for efficient study, relaxed socializing, and moments of quiet—we aim to transform this once-idle corner of the campus into a “campus living room” that serves teachers and students while also connecting with parents.

作为大庆精神的文化延伸，“猛咖”在校园场景中被赋予新的内涵——它不仅是品牌空间，更是开放、探索、包容的校园精神象征。入口处的“猛咖”标识静静点亮，轻松的座椅布局营造从学习到休憩的温和过渡。这处空间以设计语言向师生传递着可感知的讯息：在这里，可以停下脚步，感受到如家般温暖、自在、无压力的氛围。

As a cultural extension of the Daqing spirit, Mengka gains new meaning within the campus context—it is not merely a branded space, but a symbol of openness, exploration, and inclusiveness in campus life. The illuminated Mengka sign at the entrance quietly sets the tone, while the relaxed seating layout creates a gentle transition from study to rest. Through its design language, the space conveys a clear message to teachers and students alike: here, you can pause, breathe, and feel an atmosphere that is warm, effortless, and as comforting as home.

一层空间作为便捷高效的“校园补给站”，集轻食、学习、社交功能于一体，满足师生多维度的校园生活需求。设计保留原始天花肌理，运用轻盈的金属构件，突出空间的功能性与通透感；地面铺设的陶土砖呼应城市工业记忆，在延续地域文脉的同时，为空间注入温暖踏实的氛围。

The ground floor serves as an efficient and convenient “campus supply station,” integrating light dining, study, and social functions to meet the multifaceted needs of campus life. The design preserves the texture of the original ceiling and incorporates lightweight metal elements to emphasize functionality and visual openness. Terracotta tiles laid across the floor echo the city’s industrial memory, extending local cultural context while infusing the space with a warm and grounded atmosphere.

设计通过低饱和工业色调与暖色家具、动态视觉元素的对比，在沉稳与活力之间构建平衡。这种富有张力的视觉语言，既塑造了空间的包容性与现代感，也有效激发了师生的互动意愿与创新氛围，打造出兼具温度与功能性的校园复合场所。

Through the contrast between low-saturation industrial tones, warm furnishings, and dynamic visual elements, the design creates a balance between calmness and vibrancy. This visually expressive language shapes a space that is both inclusive and contemporary, while also encouraging interaction and fostering an atmosphere of creativity among students and teachers. The result is a campus hybrid space that seamlessly combines warmth with functionality.

座椅布局呼应半圆形空间肌理，沿弧形窗边环绕布置的卡座与单椅，自然形成多个小聚落。设计充分利用自然采光营造全时段明亮舒适的视觉环境。这里是课后小聚的理想选择，学生们三三两两倚坐窗边，分享一块甜点，或低声讨论课题，阳光洒落，形成一幅幅生动自然的青春剪影。

The seating layout responds to the semi-circular spatial form, with booths and single chairs arranged along the curved window, naturally creating a series of small gathering spots. The design makes full use of natural light to ensure a bright and comfortable visual environment throughout the day. This is an ideal place for after-class get-togethers—students sit by the windows in small groups, sharing a dessert or quietly discussing a project, while sunlight pours in, casting vivid, effortless portraits of youth.

金属网在空间中兼具隔断与展示的双重功能。作为轻质隔断，它灵活划分区域；同时作为可生长的内容载体，能便捷悬挂学生画作、活动海报等各类创作。这一设计使空间场景可随学期与主题活动动态更新，让“校园客厅”真正成为持续反映学生创造力与校园活力的生命体。

The metal mesh serves a dual purpose in the space—as both a divider and a display system. As a lightweight partition, it flexibly defines different areas; as an expandable content carrier, it allows for easy hanging of student artworks, event posters, and other creations. This design enables the space to evolve with each semester and thematic activity, allowing the “campus living room” to truly become a living organism that continually reflects students’ creativity and the vibrancy of campus life.

空间中设置了大小不一的窗洞，形成有趣的取景框。不仅消解了墙体的厚重感，更在行走路径上创造了连续而变化的视觉交互。学生穿过空间时，目光可以透过这些窗洞与另一侧的朋友短暂交汇、相视一笑，空间因此充满了不经意的趣味与连接。

Different-sized window openings are incorporated into the space, creating playful framing effects. These openings not only soften the heaviness of the walls but also introduce a continuous and dynamic visual interaction along the circulation path. As students move through the space, their eyes may meet those of friends on the other side through these openings—exchanging a brief glance or a smile. Such moments infuse the environment with effortless delight and a sense of connection.

连接一二层的楼梯采用纤细的金属结构，以轻盈的视觉形态贯穿空间。转角处的弧形设计与木质扶手的融入，柔化了工业基调，增添了人文温度。简洁的线条与悬空处理相结合，在实现功能连接的同时，赋予空间以流动感和现代气质。

The staircase connecting the first and second floors uses a slender metal structure that threads through the space with a visually light presence. The curved form at the turn, paired with a wooden handrail, softens the industrial tone and adds a sense of human warmth. Clean lines combined with a floating structural expression create a sense of flow and contemporary character, fulfilling functional circulation while enhancing the spatial experience.

零食货架区域延续了整体材料语言，木质层板软化金属框架，金属网结构则有效减轻视觉负重。阳光透过网格洒落，形成柔和光影，营造出明亮通透的氛围。设计不仅优化了选购体验，更通过开放的视觉联系，使补给区与休憩区自然融合，强化了功能区块间的整体性与互动感。

The snack-shelf area continues the project’s overall material language: wooden tiers soften the metal framework, while the wire-mesh structure lightens the visual weight. Sunlight filters through the grid to create gentle, shifting shadows, giving the space a bright and airy atmosphere. Beyond enhancing the browsing experience, the design also strengthens the sense of cohesion and interaction between the refreshment zone and the lounge area through open lines of sight, allowing the two spaces to blend naturally.

楼梯与中心片墙形成紧密的视觉叙事关系。随着拾级而上，一层社交场景与二层阅读、活动空间在视野中逐步展开，如同一段连贯的空间叙事。消融了楼层间的物理隔阂，将上下空间活动有机串联，形成立体流动的整体场景体验。

The staircase and the central feature wall form a cohesive visual narrative. As one ascends the steps, the social setting of the first floor and the reading and activity spaces of the second floor gradually unfold within view, creating a seamless spatial storyline. This dissolves the physical separation between levels and organically links activities across floors, resulting in a three-dimensional, fluid, and unified spatial experience.

打造一座持续生长的“知识剧场”

二层空间是思想沉淀与创意发生的场所，它被规划为一座可灵活转换的“知识剧场”。既是静谧的阅览区，也可随时转变为社团沙龙、学术分享等活动的举办地。设计希望，这是一个“由师生共同定义”的空间，其真正的活力与内涵，将由使用者的日常行为与创造持续书写。

The second floor is a place where ideas settle and creativity emerges—conceived as a flexible “theater of knowledge.” It serves as a quiet reading area, yet can be effortlessly transformed into a venue for club salons, academic talks, and various activities. The design aspires for this to be a space “defined jointly by teachers and students,” where its true vitality and meaning are continuously shaped and rewritten through the everyday actions and creativity of its users.

设计充分利用半圆形平面，在两端嵌入弧形阶梯。它不仅作为高效座席，更以强烈的空间语汇奠定了“剧场”氛围。这里既能支持集体观影、讲座等群体活动，也可成为个人阅读沉思的安静角落，极大拓展了空间的功能弹性与体验层次。

The design makes full use of the semi-circular floor plan by embedding curved stepped seating at both ends. Serving not only as efficient seating, these sculptural forms also establish a strong spatial language that anchors the “theater” atmosphere. The area can support group activities such as film screenings and lectures, while also offering quiet nooks for individual reading and contemplation—greatly enhancing the space’s functional flexibility and experiential depth.

沿墙设置的通高书架以严谨序列收纳知识，从楼梯延伸而来的金属材质与暖调欧松板结合，围合出开放的阅读区域。学生可自由取书，倚靠卡座或席地而坐。裸露的管线与随机张贴的海报，与规整的书架形成轻松对比，在秩序中注入校园特有的生动日常，营造出亲切而沉浸的学习氛围。

Full-height bookshelves line the walls, organizing knowledge in a precise and orderly sequence. The metal elements extending from the staircase combine with warm-toned OSB panels to define an open reading zone. Students can freely pick up books, lean into a booth seat, or sit comfortably on the floor. Exposed piping and casually posted flyers form a relaxed contrast to the neatly arranged shelves, infusing the orderliness with the lively everyday character unique to campus life and creating a welcoming, immersive learning atmosphere.

在弧形空间的视觉焦点处，我们塑造了一个“舞台前景”，配备大尺寸多功能屏幕，可满足电影放映、学术演示与作品展示等多元需求。阶梯、活动桌椅与长桌的布局均经过视线分析，确保各区域均能获得良好视野，赋予这座“知识剧场”以专业的活动承载能力。

At the visual focal point of the curved space, we created a “stage foreground” equipped with a large multifunctional screen to accommodate film screenings, academic presentations, and exhibition displays. The arrangement of stepped seating, movable tables and chairs, and long communal tables has been carefully planned through sightline analysis, ensuring clear visibility from all areas and endowing this “theater of knowledge” with professional event-hosting capability.

暖色照明与自然光交融，为阅读区提供稳定柔和的光环境；木色书架、陶土台阶与绿植彼此呼应，形成质朴而富有层次的色彩体系。光与色的协同设计，不仅营造出视觉与心理的双重舒适感，也有效缓解学习压力，延长专注时长，促进放松交流，使二层空间成为兼顾高效学习与自然社交的复合型人文场景。

Warm lighting blends with natural daylight to create a stable and gentle illumination for the reading area. The wooden bookshelves, terracotta steps, and greenery echo one another, forming a rustic yet richly layered color palette. This coordinated approach to light and color not only offers visual and psychological comfort but also helps ease study fatigue, extend concentration, and encourage relaxed interaction. As a result, the second floor becomes a multifaceted, human - centered environment that supports both focused learning and natural socializing.

家具布局策略性地支持多样化活动，兼顾独处与共创需求。空间中保留的工业管道与风格化视觉元素，形成独特的地域文化底色，使学习与交流活动自然地与这座“石油之城”的精神传统相链接，让青春探索既扎根于历史，亦明朗地朝向未来。

The furniture layout is strategically designed to support diverse activities, accommodating both solitude and collaborative creation. The preserved industrial piping and stylized visual elements form a distinctive cultural backdrop, naturally linking learning and interaction with the spirit and heritage of this “oil city.” In this way, students’ journeys of exploration are grounded in history while confidently oriented toward the future.

从湖岸到校园，猛咖始终作为城市精神的可感载体，持续传递着“猛”的创新与开拓内核。此次落地大庆实验中学，不仅是对校园闲置空间的活化利用，更是以设计赋能教育、以空间滋养成长的一次生动实践。我们期望这里能成为学子校园记忆中一片有温度的栖息地，一处可感知的精神坐标。

From the lakeshore to the campus, Mengka has consistently served as a tangible carrier of the city’s spirit, continually expressing its core of innovation and bold exploration. Its presence at Daqing Experimental Middle School is not only a revitalization of an underused campus space, but also a vivid example of how design can empower education and how space can nurture growth. We hope this place will become a warm refuge in students’ campus memories—a perceptible spiritual landmark they can return to, both in daily life and in their hearts.

当夜幕降临，“校园客厅”化为一座透出温暖光晕的精神灯塔，为高强度学习的校园注入珍贵的“留白”诗意。这不止是一处咖啡空间，更是展示学生创造力的文化窗口、连接家校情感的感知驿站。从滨州湖、兰德湖到实验中学，大庆的城市更新始终聚焦于“人”：通过对不同区域与人群的精准洞察与温情回应，将“猛”的精神内核转化为可感知、可参与、可共鸣的生活场景。这一系列有温度、有逻辑的实践，正逐步塑造出以人为本的城市更新标杆，让城市精神在每一个角落鲜活生长。

As night falls, the “campus living room” transforms into a warm, glowing beacon—a spiritual lighthouse that offers precious moments of pause within a high-intensity learning environment. It is more than a coffee space; it is a cultural window showcasing students’ creativity and an emotional waypoint connecting school and home. From Binzhou Lake and Lande Lake to Experimental Middle School, Daqing’s urban renewal has always centered on people: through precise insights and empathetic responses to different areas and communities, the core spirit of “Meng” is translated into living scenes that are tangible, participatory, and resonant. This series of thoughtful, human-centered practices is gradually shaping a new benchmark for people-oriented urban renewal, allowing the city’s spirit to grow vibrantly in every corner.
